Julie Gunnigle is a Scottsdale based solo practitioner, focusing on small business litigation, regulatory law, and education law. She is a former Professor of Law and former Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, in 2006, earning the Edward Barrett Award for Trial Advocacy and Captain of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. She is a volunteer coach with High School Mock Trial, as well as with the Arizona Summit Law School Mock Trial and Moot Court competition teams. In 2013, Julie was appointed to the Midwifery Scope of Practice Advisory Committee that rewrote the Arizona rules for midwives. Julie also serves as a board member for the Arizona Association of the Gifted and Talented. She is licensed in Arizona and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
